The standard of O-rings mainly includes: national standard GB1235-76, national standard
GB3452.1-92; Japanese standard PTYPE, GTYPE, STYPE, SS/VTYPE, FTYPE; American standard
AS568, British standard series; European standard series
O-ring technical requirements include appearance requirements, dimensional requirements, and
material physical performance requirements.

O-ring application introduction:
YX type O-ring for hole
Product use: used for the sealing of pistons in reciprocating hydraulic cylinders. Scope of application:
TPU: general hydraulic cylinder, general equipment hydraulic cylinder. CPU: Hydraulic cylinders for
construction machinery and cylinders for high temperature and high pressure. Material: Polyurethane
TPU, CPU, rubber.
Product hardness: HS85±2°A Working temperature: TPU: -40~+80°C, CPU: -40~+120°C Working
pressure: ≤32Mpa Working medium: hydraulic oil, emulsion.
YX type hole with O-ring
Product use: This standard is applicable to the use of YX-type sealing ring when the working pressure
of the cylinder is greater than 16MPa, or the function of protecting the sealing ring when the cylinder
is eccentrically stressed. Working temperature: -40~+100 degrees. Working medium: hydraulic oil,
emulsion, aquatic product hardness: HS92±5A Material: polytetrafluoroethylene.
YX type O-ring for shaft
Product use: For the piston rod of the reciprocating hydraulic cylinder, the scope of application: TPU:
general hydraulic cylinder, general equipment hydraulic cylinder. CPU: Hydraulic cylinders for
construction machinery and cylinders for high temperature and high pressure. Material: Polyurethane
TPU, CPU, rubber Product hardness: HS85±2°A Working temperature: TPU: -40~+80°CCPU:
-40~+120°C Working pressure: ≤32Mpa, working medium: hydraulic oil, emulsion.
O-ring sealing performance is excellent, working life is high, dynamic pressure sealing working life is
5-10 times higher than conventional rubber sealing products, up to several tens of times, under certain
conditions can be the same life as the sealing substrate.
The O-ring has low frictional resistance and equal dynamic and static friction. It is 1/2-1/4 of the friction
of the "0"-shaped rubber ring, which can eliminate the "crawling" phenomenon of low-speed and
low-pressure movement.
The O-ring is highly wear-resistant and has an automatic elastic compensation function after the sealing
surface is worn.
O-rings have good self-lubricating properties. Can be used as an oil-free lubrication seal.
The O-ring has a simple structure and is easy to install.
O-ring working pressure: 0-300MPa; working speed: ≤15m/s; working temperature: -55-250 degrees.
O-ring suitable medium: hydraulic oil, gas, water, mud, crude oil, emulsion, water-ethylene glycol, acid.
