The U-ring has a symmetrically configured seal lip for single - or double-acting standard cylinders of piston

rods or pistons. The U-shaped sealing ring is a sealing ring that acts as a seal. Because its cross-section is

U-shaped, it is called U-ring, the English name U-ring.

U-shaped sealing ring is used for hydraulic, transmission, cylinder and other reciprocating movement of the

single acting seal, with the following characteristics:

1.Balanced seal, sealed inside and outside diameter, with support ring protection seal to prevent squishing or twisting.
2.Seal into the slot, lips shall not contact the pressure ring, the use of self-tightening principle for sealing.
3.Hydraulic cylinder for piston rod or piston.
4.The section shape is U-shaped, which can be used for outer circle sealing and inner circle sealing.
5.Used in chemical, oil, natural gas, electric power and other industrial fields.

NBR Rubber Features:

Nitrile rubber (NBR, Buna-N) provides excellent resistance to petroleum oils as well as mineral and vegetable oil. Nitrile

rubber also offers strong resistance to heat aging - often a key advantage over natural rubber.

Nitrile rubber performs well in carburetor and fuel pump diaphragms, aircraft hoses, seals and gaskets as well as oil-lined

tubing. Due to its versatility, nitrile is used in applications involving not only oil and fuel resistance, but those applications

requiring resistance to heat, abrasion, water, and gas permeability.
